An interesting and adventuresome dinner tonight. Here is the recipe: Pork Tenderloin with Rhubarb BBQ Sauce and an interesting side to this BBQ sauce, it also goes with chicken and beef. We had it with pork tenderloin and it was fantastic. The recipe calls for oven roasting the tenderloin for 15 minutes. Ours was big enough that it probably should have gone 25 to 30 minutes.
