It has been a rough 3 months for me since my wife, Robin of 43 years, died. I apologize to the readers of this blog for the delay. In the mean time I have been told that using FTP has become archaic and that I should change. You can now find the recipes for 2026 at https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1dETqO9BZteipG1vgns2Uwu25oGAqFCiG?usp=sharing. If you click on the link it will take you to that recipe file, I hope! The link works, I just tried it. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me either by EMail or as a comment to this blog.

In Honor of her, a poem and song I wrote for her. The poem, and now the lyrics, were written for her for Christmas, 2024. Enjoy “In the Tapastry of Time”. https://suno.com/s/dYtssfAnEGZfFCjy
Another song that I wrote for her “Fenwick Tide Secrets” can be found here. She asked for a waltz and whatever Lola wants, Lola gets,,,,
So sorry to hear that Bob. I honestly can’t tell you how long I’ve followed along with your food and photos but always enjoyed your writings and seeing the joy you and Robin shared over so many of these dishes or being out in the Boise food scene. I’ve moved away from Boise but still like checking in and seeing what you’re enjoying. I know we’ve never met in person but it felt like I knew you both through this page. Wishing you all the peace and love right now.
Take care,
Brady
