Herb de Provence Butter
Fresh Rosemary
Fresh Lavender Blossoms

1/2 lbs Unsalted Room temperature Butter

Mix all together

Place the butter/herb mixture on Saran (plastic) wrap.

Roll into a 2″ dia log and freeze.

Braised Pasta
(break pasta – thin spaghetti – into 3″ pieces. Add butter to pot and “fry” the pasta. Add water and cook as usual)
