
I can’t think of anything much better on a cool Autumn day than a Pulled Pork Sandwich, some chips and a Stella Artois. And especially when you make the pulled pork yourself. Here is The Recipe. The trick is low temperature and slow (long time). The rub gives a nice flavor and will turn crusty. Use the BBQ sauce of your choice or eat the pulled pork with kraut!
