My grandmother made the best pasta. She gave each kid a bag every Christmas WOW what a gift. My sister and I are kicking oursleves for not learning how to make pasta. I have a machine. grandma had two hand crank noodle roller and cutter. My sister and I each got one when she died. Grandma used to cook the noodles and then fry them in butter and garlic…OH MY GOD! it was the best.
