Roquefort Salad Dressing
4 oz. good Roquefort cheese – chopped
1 C mayonnaise
1 C heavy cream
2 Tablespoons tarragon vinegar
1 t. salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Put in food processor and process until smooth.
