Basically it’s left-over doughnut dough flattened out. 1 Tablespoon of cream cheese and homemade strawberry jam. Fold over and bake at 350 degrees F until browned. Not difficult at all and just wonderful with a cup of El Pico, Cuban Espresso! Cheers!
